Service Philosophy

AHI (China) has introduced its advanced management experience and quality products, an improved after sales service standards in the local access equipment industry. AHI (China) provides a high standard of after sales service support, a professional repair & maintenance service and technical training programmers including:

☆ Free safety training and operational training are provided by qualified engineers or training instructors.
☆ Full 12 months warranty for the equipment following an official sign-off at equipment handover.
☆ During the warranty period, in event of problems occurring, AHI (China) or its authorized distributor will
     endeavour to respond within two hours and attend to the problems on-site and replace required
     components free of charge.
☆ During the warranty period, if problems arose resulting from owner’s mistake, AHI (China) will assist in
     resolving these problems and if components change is required, only the cost of these components
     and changeover labour will be charged.
☆ Upon expiry of the warranty period, AHI (China) will still assist the owner within the two-hour response
     time on-site should any problems arise. A scheduled service fee plus components will be chargeable.
☆ Rotational service calls: AHI (China) will implement an annual service program with its technical
     personnel making annual visit to ensure overall inspection and maintenance of the equipment is done.
     A scheduled service fee plus components (if any) will be chargeable.
☆ Lifetime guarantee to provide continuous after sales service.

AHI China will continue to improve its product and component quality and develop the after sales service simultaneously thus bringing about better service quality to all customers.
