Up-Lift UG series personnel lifts are safe and reliable to operate and employ advanced technology, powered by a dynamic hydraulic system. The components which make up the UG personnel lifts are from the best quality sources, with most of key components sourced from reliable international suppliers. The UG personnel lifts are equipped with a number of advanced features, and has a patented back-up power feature allowing lowering of the platform during power black-outs. As a consequence, operators of Up-Lift feel a greater sense of safety comparing with other similar personnel lifts.
1. OUTRIGGER STORAGE
The outriggers for these personnel lifts are stored on the side below the top of the machine, keeping the stored height to a minimum, facilitating the movement of machine through standard doorways while outriggers remain in its stored position.
2. ALUMINIUM CAGE
Up-Lift UG series light weight aluminium cage design reduces overall machine weight and enhances machine mobility.
3. MULTI-FUNCTION CONTROL PANEL
(1). Outrigger Indicator Lights
These lights clearly display the status of outrigger deployment. The eye-level display lights allow the operator to ascertain if the machine is in a safe operating condition.
(2). Back up Battery
In event of power failure, the machine automatically switches to a back up battery system, allowing the user to descend safely to ground.
4. PLATFORM CONTROLS
Critical pushed button controls (i.e. Ascending, Descending, and Emergency Stop buttons) 230V power point (AC) are all accessible directly from the platform. For safety reasons, the user cannot operate the ascending push button controls while remaining on ground. To operate the machine, press two Push Buttons, Up and Power or Down and Power, a safety design to prevent accidental operation.
5. Personnel Lifts Mobility
Designed to allow passage through standard doorways, lifts and elevators.
